Terms of Use
Last updated 2026-08-16
The terms on which you use this site. In short: we are a lead intake service and not a law firm, nothing here is legal advice, and nobody can promise you an outcome.
We are not a law firm
Mass Tort Intake Center is a lead intake service. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and nobody here is your lawyer.
What we do is take down what happened to you and pass it to a law firm that handles that kind of claim. Whether that firm takes your case, and on what terms, is entirely their decision.
Nothing on this site creates a lawyer-client relationship, and nothing on it is legal advice about your situation.
No promise about the outcome
We do not and cannot promise that you have a claim, that a firm will take it, or that you will receive anything.
No amount mentioned anywhere in connection with any type of claim is a prediction about yours. Every case turns on its own facts.
Deadlines
Claims have filing deadlines, they differ by state and by claim type, and missing one usually ends the claim. Submitting a form here does not stop, pause or extend any deadline.
If you think a deadline may be close, say so, and do not wait on us — speak to a lawyer directly.
What you tell us
Please give us accurate information. We pass on what you tell us, and a claim built on something inaccurate can fail because of it.
Do not submit information about someone else unless you are entitled to act for them.
Using the site
Do not submit automated or bulk entries, attempt to interfere with the site, or use it to send anything unlawful.
The text, images and layout of this site belong to us. Please do not copy them.
Availability
We do our best to keep the site up and correct, but we do not guarantee either. It is provided as it is.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and the version in force is the one published when you used the site.
