Mass Tort Intake Center connects people who have been harmed with law firms that handle their type of claim. That is the whole business, and we would rather be plain about it than dress it up.
Why we exist
Most people who have been hurt by a product, a drug or somebody else's negligence have no idea where to start. Searching throws up a wall of advertising, most of it promising money and none of it explaining anything.
What is actually needed first is someone to listen properly, ask the right questions, and say honestly whether there is something here worth a lawyer's time. That is the part we do.
How we work
Every enquiry is read before anything else happens.
The first call may come from our automated assistant. It asks the same questions a person would, it says what it is at the start of the call, and it is there so that nobody waits a day to be called back. Ask for a person at any point and you will get one — you do not have to answer anything to a machine.
We connect people only with law firms that handle the specific type of claim in question and have a track record in it. We are not interested in passing somebody to a firm that will not do right by them.
If we do not think you have a claim, we will tell you. It costs us a lead and saves you months.
Your information
What you tell us goes to our intake team and to the law firm handling your type of claim. It is not sold to advertisers or to data brokers, and this site carries no advertising or tracking pixels.
We record the exact wording of the consent notice you agreed to, along with the date and time — so if anyone ever asks what you were told, there is a straight answer. Our privacy policy sets out the rest.
